Job description:

We are looking for Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in generating business through bidding portals, social media, direct or indirect approach such as cold calling, email campaign etc. Would be responsible for lead generation, client response, follow ups, closing & conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generating business through online freelancing portals likes up-work, freelancer etc., social media & other sources.
• Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
• Do a regular market research Gathering the complete data of the potential customers, sectors and reaching out to them on an effective communication channel to establish the contact.
• Do a regular market research, Scheduling the demo as well as virtual presentation to pitch our products and services.
• Negotiate deals Build strong relationships with clients.
• Identifying the Target Audience, Competitors and the ways to reach out to the potential customers.
• Knowledge of building the complete Sales Funnel Cold Calling to the prospects in the International Market.
• Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through the websites.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meeting targets on regular basis.
• Interaction and explaining project requirements to Technical team.
• Carrying out project analysis & documentation considering contemporary business environment.
• Responding to RFIs / RFQs and all other clients’ requests.
• Need to interact with global clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc.
• Handle complete sales cycle.
• Experience in Negotiating and Closing deals.

Profile Requisites:

• Should be proficient in project analysis and execution.
• Strong Interpersonal/Analytical skill.
• Good understanding of SDLC for website/mobile application development.
• Business oriented and comprehensive writing abilities in order to generate various proposals.
• Experience in Client communication.
• Understanding of marketing concepts.
• Handled international clients
