Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Strong understanding of Web technologies (Website design, Web development, CMS Development, ecommerce)
  • Outreaching to prospects via email marketing/ LinkedIn/other platforms etc. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and different sales channels.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C segments of Business.
  • Must have sound experience with bidding over different biding portals (Up work preferable)
  • Identifying and qualifying bidding requirements
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Capable of handling sales-related and technical discussions with potential clients.
  • Preparing estimates and proposals.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed customer and prospect account information.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for estimation/project progress/deadlines, etc.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner. They review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals.
  • Negotiate with potential and current clients on behalf of their company in order to secure deals and implement pricing agreements between vendor and customer.
  • Assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval Must have flair for sales
    Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and negotiation skills. Neutral Accent is a must.
  • Multitasking abilities. Good coordination skills. Should be outspoken
  • Dynamic, confident, logical, multitasks handling attitude
  • Experience working with service-based industry
  • Relevant Experience of 1-3 years with an IT company
